Enrollment and Fee Information for St. Luke Early Learning Center
The Center accepts children ages six weeks through twelve years of age. Admission to the Center is open to any child whose parents are either members of St. Luke Church or employees of any participating corporate sponsor. Corporate sponsors include: St. Luke UMC, CB&T, Synovus, TSYS and W. C. Bradley. Interested parents should call the Director of the Center or Assistant Director in charge of the wait list and request the required paperwork. Upon completion of the wait list card and receipt of the wait list fee, the child's name is placed on the appropriate list. When a vacancy occurs, the parents will be called. If there is space available when all corporate sponsor wait lists are depleted, the unsponsored wait list will be used. Children are selected from all wait lists without regard to race, creed, or ability.
Enrollment of your child is complete upon receipt of the following forms found in the enrollment packet:
The Center reserves the right to drop any child from enrollment whenever this appears to be in the best interest of the child and/or other children in the Center. A two-week notice will be given to parents. Likewise, parents may withdraw their child from enrollment upon a two-week notice or upon payment of two weeks additional fees.
Registration Fee:
The registration fee is an annual fee which is due when your child's Enrollment Agreement is submitted to the Center and annually each year thereafter. The first week's fee is required on your start date, whether or not your child is in attendance. The start date is determined by the Center administration.
Tuition Fee:
The tuition fee is a weekly fee, due and payable each Monday for the current week. Tuition is considered delinquent if not received by Wednesday evening of the current week. A $5.00 late fee (per child) will be required for tuition received after Wednesday evening. It is imperative that your account remains current. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact the Director in order to avoid possible disenrollment.
